To my one and only brother in law, in the words of Neil Diamond, ‘my friend’. They broke the mould when they made you Pete. Forever missed, love always Denise and her rough cut diamond Dave. Xxx

From Marie greenwood.
My uncle Pete I’m so sad that you have left us. I know we did not see a lot of you but you always had and still have a special place in my heart. As you always made me feel special. I could never forget your bottle thick glasses, the way you would say hello, (how do). Always shook my hand and most of all you would call me Mary and that made me feel special. So thanks uncle Pete, fly high with the angels. R.I.P love you Mary xxxxxxx

A true gentleman, My uncle Peter. You were the best uncle, always cracking jokes and whenever we saw each other you would cheekily grab my hand and pop a £20 note inside then tell me to "shut up, don't tell anyone"!. I will miss you greatly. Fly high through the canyon's and into the Californian sun. Forever missed. Your Nephew, Neil xxxx
