In loving memory of William John 'Bill' Balaam who sadly passed away on 31st March 2021.
Bill was a true gent, a gentle giant, often referred to as ‘Big Bill’; an amazing man who touched the lives of everyone he met.
He loved his family and was always so very proud of everything they did and achieved. He was also very fond of green bowls, was a member of clubs in Rayleigh, Basildon and previously Stonyhill. He also represented the County on many occasions.
He really enjoyed his golf too, playing with his friends and with his local society of ‘Old Codgers’.
We know he made many friends throughout his life and he’ll leave a hole that can’t be filled.
