So sad to hear of David's passing - a truly lovely, kind and gentle man.

David, take a bow. On stage, a very good dancer and an actor blessed with wonderful comic timing. Off stage, a delightful man full of warmth, humour and love. You will be very sadly missed by all those that had the pleasure to know you.

Jan and I have had the joy of knowing David in many shows, on many stages. He's been a bottle dancer in Fiddler, one of a succession of "Onzellos" and a wonderful Scarecrow in 'The Wizard of Oz'. It's been difficult to watch his increasing dementia taking hold and our hearts go out to Nicky who will need all the help and comfort her friends can lend her. Rest in Peace, David.

David was a truly exceptional human being. However hard life became for him and Nicky, he accepted it with his natural good humour and never complained. He simply did not believe that his life was difficult. He loved Nicky so much that he considered it his privilege to care for her and willingly devoted his life to her. We feel blessed for having known him.
