Rest In Peace Glenn
You were a true gentleman, caring and considerate of others and it was my pleasure to know you. I remember how you welcomed me to your store and embraced everything with warmth. I still remember that visit to your little high street store all those years ago.

Along with my brothers Scott & Brett & sister Olivia, I was lucky enough to consider Bob a close family friend during our childhood.

He would regularly be a part of our holidays to Spain with Pat and whether it was playing golf, drinking a glass of red or telling one of his classic stories, he was an absolute pleasure to be around, full of laughter and joy and there was certainly never a dull moment when he was around!

Rest in Peace,
Bradley, Scott, Brett & Olivia x

In his own words in a text I received quote... i do often think of the old days and find myself chuckling away to myself
As We grow older and go our different ways we often reflect on our youth one thing comes to mind hitting golf balls with Bob on the grass of the Brandon estate and Bob showing me how it’s done properly I can see him now ( the one iron king ) hitting them balls over heaven’s gates
So long Bob from smiffy

Bob was a great mate & true gentleman. Have some great & funny memories of the old days back in Kennington. Will always remember our nights down The ‘Bon Bonne’ with a smile. Probably one of the best strikers of a golf ball I’ve ever seen. Thanks for being my mate, you were taken far too soon, RIP.

Met Bob around 40 years ago. We worked in Harrods together and he became a fantastic mate. Played golf with him for many years with the lads on the Costa del Sol. Treasured times! He loved the sunshine.A ‘Star Golfer’ and above all a super friend! Will miss him dearly..RIP
