Suddenly passed away on Tuesday 16th March 2021.
Aged 91.
Much loved Partner to Stewart, Mother to John and Gillian, Grandmother and Great-grandmother. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Private Family Funeral will be held on Friday 9th April at West Wiltshire Crematorium, Semington.
Family flowers please. Donations are for the British Heart Foundation.
The cortege will be passing through Berryfields Park, Melksham at 11.45 for people who may wish to pay there respects to Hazel.
