Gill was an amazing lady who has been a wonderful
friend to me for the last four years. She gave me great strength and support during our chemo journey together and throughout all her treatment remained positive. Gill was a very special person and I will remember her always.
R.I.P my dear friend
Pat and Caroline. Xxx

Gill was a very special strong lady, who will be terribly missed. I will especially miss our 'slightly tipsy' little chats at Zoe's get togethers. Our thoughts are with Zoe, Paul, Maisie and Millie. Lots of love Jane, Jay and Hope x

Gill was the strongest, bravest, loveliest person we had the pleasure to call her our best friend. Losing both Alan and now Gill is just heartbreaking, but we have to remember what great memories we shared, it was an absolute honour to love them both. Lynn & Rob

Lots of aroha, sleep in peace. Many years we chatted. The very last chat was just before full lock-down when you said, "I didn't realise how vibrant the colour green was". You were describing the leaves on the trees at the time... Sleep well wahine. Arohanui. ❤❤❤

Thoughtful, caring, considerate, warming, lovely... just a few words that describe Gill. I was lucky enough to work with Gill at Wilko, as with everyone she made me most welcome and I knew instantly she would be a forever friend with whom I would keep in touch. We were rogues when we got together, especially on the wine, we would always promise to be good but that never happened, we were a bad influence on one another. We went to London for Dianes 40th and shared a room (as well as many glasses of wine), to one another we became 'Roomy'. All the times we spent together were fun times, great memories. I feel very blessed that Gill was one of my friends, "My lovely Roomy, I shall miss you dearly, love you always and keep you in my heart forever"
