Richard John Copp (13 Mar 1961 - 21 Mar 2021)

Died on the 21st March 2021 at the Royal United Hospital, Bath. He was 60 years old.
Rich was a founder member of Calne Motorbike Club the Celtic Crew MMC Wiltshire.
His last journey will be aboard a motorcycle hearse and it has been requested that a bike escort accompany him on his final ride. The funeral details are as follows:
Wednesday 14th April. We will leave at 8.35am from Calne. Riders can wait in the top carpark of Sainsbury’s, opposite Dominoes Pizza or can wait in our car parking area at the back of our premises. We will then travel through the town to the A4 towards Chippenham from here we will then turn onto the by-pass A3102 which will take us to the North Wiltshire Crematorium, Royal Wootton Bassett SN4 8ET for a service start time of 9.30am.
Rich was a life long biker and it is hoped that many riders will turn out for his final ride.
Unfortunately, due to Covid19 regulations, the numbers allowed inside for the service are severely limited, and there can be no wake at this time. Therefore, we ask that the escort should disperse from the crematorium car park. We also ask that the various regulations on distancing and face coverings are observed, so that the full dignity of the occasion can be maintained.
