In loving memory of Spen Bloodrush Allen who sadly passed away on 2nd February 2021

Spencer Damon Allen, known as Spen, died aged 47 on February 2nd, leaving behind his friends, family, and a great many works of art on his loyal customers.

Spen ran Blood Rush Tattoo Studio on Clarence Road, and had been proud to tattoo many celebrity musicians and singers, including Anne Marie, Beanie from Rudimental, Mullally, Luke Burr, Raye, Molly Ashcroft, Jevon and many more.

Spen grew up in Tithe Farm Road, Houghton Regis, and attended Houghton Regis Upper School before beginning a career in plumbing.

In 2012, he started training to become a tattoo artist, and opened Blood Rush Tattoo Studio in September 2013.

Funeral Arrangements

The number mourners who will be able to attend Spen's Funeral are restricted in accordance with government guidelines and will be by invitation only determined by his family.

PLEASE BE ADVISED.... Spen's final journey will be from Heritage Funerals office and travel directly to the Crematorium on the day of the service .He will NOT be travelling from his family home on the day therefore please respect the families privacy and DO NOT visit the family home on the day of the funeral.

A private funeral service will take place on Friday 5th March and will be available to access by live stream for those who in normal circumstances would have attended. If you require the details of the live stream please contact Heritage Funerals by email info@heritagefunerals.co.uk.
