In loving memory of John Charles Howlett who sadly passed away on 7th February 2021.

Dad, Grandad, Great Grandad. A son, husband and of course amazing friend. We all miss you.

His children, Caroline, Sarah, Sharon and Stuart invite you to share to celebrate his life, a full and happy life. We have asked his friends to describe him in just one word we have been told that a single word is impossible but we would like to share Lifelarge, Ebullient, Jolly, Laughter-filled, Generous and Kind.

Dad was born in London in June 1938 the only child of Charles and Evelyn Howlett. A much loved son. As a child they travelled as a family often and of course attended the beloved Valley, home of Charlton Athletic. A life long passion. St Olaves in London was were he attended school and many friends made there remained close to him. 1968 saw him begin his career at CMG where further incredible friends were added to his wide social circle. Each and everyone appreciated and cared for.

John's family is extensive and spread far and wide yet we remain close. We have offered each other support and love during this sad time. We want you to remember him Lifelarge - he'd have wanted that too.

Goodbye to my big cousin John. A larger than life wonderful character that was kind, generous and full of life. Both John and Mag were so kind to us and loved to share their time and included us in their 25th anniversary in Leeds Castle.
Their spent a lovely time with us on our honeymoon down in Benidorm in 1974. They took us to some very unusual places including a strip club and a wonderful
Restaurant. Goodbye cousin. X
