In loving memory of Bianca Elizabeth Ann Ritchie who sadly passed away on 18th January 2021.
Our Bianca, B, Sis, Auntie Sis, Bianc, however anyone knew Bianca, she was and is a shining star. She will shine forever for us all, always with us.
We want to help others that are struggling in ways that Bianca did, and so we are asking for your help to raise money for others with eating disorders. It's a very real issue that effects many people of all ages, but it isn't always talked about as openly as it should be. So please, if you can, donate as little or as much as you can, but also, lets all try in our own ways to help raise awareness of this, communication is vital, we need to be open, and we need to be kind.

On behalf of everyone here at TINYpulse, I extend our deepest condolences for the loss of Bianca. She was a joy to work with as our main point of contact for her Capital One organization, supporting employee engagement efforts there through our platform. Bianca always seemed to have such a genuinely warm spirit and I could tell that she truly cared about those around her. Our thoughts are with all of Bianca's friends, family, and colleagues during this difficult time. She will be missed.

Bianca!. You were such a great part of my teens and early twenties!. Working in the pub with you hungover from the night before, doing impressions of the regulars and generally taking the mick out of each other. These are all memories that I will cherish. XXX
