We thought this page was a lovely idea for everyone to leave messages, add photos, light a candle or make donations if you wish to the two charities chosen by us. The British Heart Foundation which is very close to our hearts in the Askey family and The Nottinghamshire hospitals for all the nurses who are working extremely hard at the moment and took very good care of dad whilst he was in hospital.
As you are aware due to the Covid restrictions we are only allowed 30 people to attend. We have been advised nobody should be at the service unless they have been invited to keep the numbers down around the crematorium. So we suggest that anyone wanting to pay their respects to dad to maybe line the streets as we leave the hotel around 2:15pm heading down Nuthall Road towards Western Boulevard as this will be the route we take. Also there will be a live stream of the service more details to follow...
