Oh Kathy! I still can’t believe you’re gone. Thank you for being a brilliant colleague and friend and working with me to proved a brilliant Be My Parent service to help positively change of hundreds of children and their adoptive/permanent foster families and to safely wrap up our service when it closed in 2015. You gave me a fantastic welcome 21 years ago in June 1999. I will always remember your warmth and beautiful smiling face. We shared a lot of laughter, tears and life events together. I loved our evening chats and catch ups. I’ll always remember you for being a strong, funny, resourceful woman with a mad sense of humour who was full of good ideas and so loved her family - whatever was going on. You have a lovely family and I feel very privileged to have known Paul and see your sons Barry, Danny and Scott grow up into the lovely young men they are.
Thank you for getting me into Mrs Brown’s Boys, which Billy now enjoys too! 🤣. We now laugh out loud at the the show together now and it will always remind me of you.
You have positively touched the lives of hundred of people through your work, family and friendships- more than you will ever know! You left this earth very loved and cherished and acpiece of your legacy is with all of us in our lives and hearts. 💕
I’m so glad we shared our journey on the train of life. I just wish it had been longer.
Rest in peace lovey lady.
