Hi to you both. It is very kind of you to donate in memory of Dad. Thank you on behalf of myself, mum and all the family. I hope you're both doing well and counting down the days when we can all get back to some sort of normality! I know I am! Only 26 days and 15 hrs and 25 secs left for me to go and play golf. Not that I'm counting!!
PS Thanks for the letter you wrote mum Barbara, it was lovely x

With many happy memories of Ron. A kind, funny, caring, generous family man and I am so glad I had the privilege of knowing him for many years. He will live on in his boys and their families.

I was pleased to be able to join you to say goodbye to Ron, it was a lovely service.
When I think of Ron I am reminded of an occasion at Gatesgarth when Ron asked about Carl, Shaun and Adrian being present for Sunday lunch the following week and Daphne said that you wouldn't be going, it wasn't the answer Ron wanted! Daphne then explained to me that Ron didn't think it was Sunday lunch unless his boys and their families were around the table.
The service just highlighted how much he loved you all and what a wonderful man he was.
I am thinking of you all and sending much love. Lynette x
