I was mortified when I heard about Vic's passing. I'd known Vic for as long as I'd been involved with theatre. He was often my 'dad' but he was always my friend. We used to talk for hours and hours about different plays, actors, shows we'd seen and even though our opinions differed, we knew we could have a laugh and a joke with each other. I'll always remember his 'Midsummer stumble', his unexpected entrance during 'Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde'...but for me, I think my stand alone time with Vic was acting opposite each other during 'Taking Sides'. He even used to come and support me in plays and shows I was involved in when I used to drop him a text to remind him, and he could bring his grandson and it used to fill my heart if I knew he was in the audience as I always looked up to his experience and friendship. He was a performer, a lad and a gentleman, but above all he was my friend! I shall miss you big time Vic, and my thoughts and prayers go out to his family as this immensely sad time! xx
