The death occurred peacefully at Morriston Hospital on Saturday 2nd January of Mrs Jacqueline Elizabeth Hooper affectionately known as Jackie of Mountain Farm, Cresselly.
Devoted Wife of David.
Dearly loved Mum of Nigel & Lynda.
Much loved Mother-in-law of Danni & Neil.
Cherished Nanny of Leah, Connor, Osian, Chloe, Ethan, Sion, Sam, George & Freddie.
Much loved Sister, Sister-in-law & Aunt.
Due to the current restrictions a private funeral service will take place on Thursday 21st January at St. Caradog’s Church, Lawrenny followed by Interment in the Church Cemetery.
If you wish to pay your final respects the funeral cortege will be leaving the family home at 2.00pm.
There will be family flowers only with donations in lieu for Wales Air Ambulance & British Heart Foundation may be sent c/o E.C. Thomas & Son Funeral Directors.
