We will always remember one of our earliest meetings with John down in Emsworth Square on the occasion of Father Christmas arriving to turn on the tree lights. It was raining and we had to decide whether to stay and wait in the rain, go for a coffee, or as John and Bill said in unison " We could go to the pub ". It became an annual event - not seeing Father Christmas. Even since they moved we still go and raise a glass to our friends. John you are sadly missed. Memories of good times.

Doreen & I have many happy memories of times spent with John & Terry, together with the other members of the T.Wall & Sons group.

Such happy occasions with lots of chat and laughs. John will be very sadly missed but never forgotten.

My favourite memory of John is when he took me to buy a car, and we looked round loads of second hand car places in Bognor and surrounding areas, and I liked all the shiny cars. He found one for just £200 with all the paint peeling, looked a real state... I didn't really want it. But he insisted it was totally sound. Best car I ever bought! I got years of motoring from that £200!
