The death occurred peacefully at home on Thursday 24th December of Mrs Joyce Cook, aged 92 years of Fourwinds Lane, Penally.
Devoted Wife of David.
Loving Mum of Julie.
Due to the current restrictions a private funeral service will take place at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth on Wednesday 13th January.
There will be family flowers only with donations in memory of Joyce for R.N.I.B & Cancer Research UK may be sent c/o E.C. Thomas & Son Funeral Directors

I can still see Joyce's smiling face as clearly as anything. I would have been about eight years of age when, together with her husband David, she came to live in the flat above the house where I lived in Gillingham, Kent. Like Joyce, my own mum had been a "Woolworth's Girl" (although not at the same time) and when Joyce used to walk through our dining room on her way to our back garden to put her washing out, she could never return without stopping to have a LONG natter with my mum with her washing basket under her arm. Very happy memories.
