In mid-90's I was a Texas graduate student attending Vacation Term for Biblical Studies at St Anne's. Dr John gave the New Testament lecture. At its/his conclusion I went to the ladies room and wept for a long while. I had never before, nor since, attended such a captivating spiritual deliverance of exact scholarly information. I recall it to this day. What a true blessing was his life. RIP
