I was so terribly sad to hear of Mary's passing so soon after losing her beloved Vernon. I suppose she couldn't face living without him as in life they were inseparable and latterly of course she relied so heavily on him.

It is some comfort to me that they are now back together as they were in life.

Mary was a most generous and non-judgmental person. She was generous and accepting of mine and Andrew's wish to marry in a registry office and just as generous and accepting when Andrew and I separated. The occasions when we all met up to enjoy our mutual children's milestones were always loving and friendly and I had nothing but respect and love for Mary and Vic for the unconditional love they showed to me.

It has been some time since I have seen Mary of course, with the children growing up nevertheless I was very sad to hear of her passing.

God bless and may she rest in peace.

Much love in your time of grief, Ginette xxx

I am Charlie your Mothers brother.
You have lost both parents within a short time. Double Sadness. Always known as Molly and Vic to us.they lasted a life time together

Most of my ,memories of them date back to my childhood. I am ten years younger than Molly
It is about 17 years since I last met them at a siblings lunch in Bromsgrove. It was a good day, Three of the siblings are no longer here.

I am a Resident of Malaysia and live here permanently. I am not allowed to enter the UK for three full years, including this one, in order to comply with UK regulations, enabling me to give up my UK Citizenship and UK passport.

Regretfully I will not be at the funeral

The first twenty years of the Daniels children lives were grim, dysfunctional , stressful and fearful..
It gives some satisfaction that Molly and Vic and the rest of us found peace and stability in the latter years of our lives

Molly ad Vic overcame a lot to find their Peace. Be proud of them

Good Wishes
Charlie

You can shed tears that she is gone
Or you can smile because she has lived
You can close your eyes and pray that she will come back
Or you can open your eyes and see all that she has left
Your heart can be empty because you can’t see her
Or you can be full of the love that you shared
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday
Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday
You can remember her and only that she is gone
Or you can cherish her memory and let it live on
You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back
Or you can do what she would want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on.
