Sadly at Singleton Hospital on Wednesday 2nd December 2020, Hazel aged 91 years, fell asleep.
Beloved wife of the late Wilhelm and precious mum of Jacqueline and Jacqueline's partner John.
Cherished sister of Ada, Madeline, Bill and fiancée Heather and late sisters Ruth and Sheila.
An aunt to her niece, nephews and their families.
Funeral Thursday 17th December 11.30am service at Swansea Crematorium. Due to restrictions attendance will be by invitation only. Family flowers only Donations if so desired to the British Heart Foundation

Special thanks to district nurses and Neath Port Talbot Acute Clinical Team based in Neath, who cared for my mum over recent years; Jane, Kerry, Lynne and Nicola of Hafal Home Support Service and since earlier this year staff at the Hollins Care Centre.
Hazel will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
