In loving memory of Pauline Sissons who sadly passed away on 28th November 2020. Pauline was an amazing wife ,Mum and Nana, who left us all too soon.
She was a mobile hairdresser until she retired. Her customers looked forward to her visits and if they had any problems, she would always do her best to help. Her whole personality was one of charm and
cheerfulness. She had a wonderful sense of humour and this was often commented on by the spouses of her customers.
Pauline had several dogs throughout her life, and seemed to like the breeds with a more excitable nature!
She was a founder member of The Ravenshead Rovers an organisation set up as a dog walking group and a fund raiser for dog charities. She was a popular member of the group and made many friends through it.
On retirement, we traveled extensively and Pauline
loved this phase of her life.
She loved living in Gunthorpe and had many friends in the village.
She leaves us all totally devastated, our lives will be so much emptier without her.

Treasured memories of Pauline, a very special friend.
She was the first friend I made when I moved to Ravenshead 28 years ago. Pauline always had a smile and warm welcome for everyone. She was very kind and thoughtful and had a wonderful sense of humour.
I will miss her friendship and company so much as well as all the happy times we shared together.

Aunty Pauline and myself had something in common as we were both mobile hairdressers...our lives have changed through the years but always kept in touch through a Christmas card which doesn't seem much but she would ask if i had hung my scissors up yet and visa versa. I feel we had more in common than that as her later years she had just started to travel which is exactly what I have been able to do...So sorry to hear this sad news, I will always remember her lovely little smile. Sadly missed...
Thinking of you Paul and the family.
