Maria Ann Iles (25 Dec 1958 - 1 Dec 2020)

In loving memory of Maria Ann Iles who passed away peacefully on the 1st December 2020, aged 61 years at her daughter's home.
Maria was a popular lady and was loved greatly by many. She was a loving mother to Christopher, Natalie and Samantha. A much loved Nana to Bethany, Millie, Amy, Hollie, Reuben, Esmee, Felicity, Emily, George and a great grandmother to Rose.
Mum was diagnosed with throat and mouth cancer in January of this year which then spread to her back and bones, she went through 6 weeks of radiation treatment and had an operation to her spine but unfortunately this was too little to late.
She fought very hard and stayed strong and brave throughout everything she went through. The most important thing to Mum was to have time with family and friends. And she managed to do that. She loved to talk about all the family times she had in particular parties she had at Christmas these were some of her best memories. I know my mum would like everyone to remember all the nice times you shared with her and all the laughs you had x
