Johann was an incredibly kind and caring soul who I had the plessure of working with for 5 years, he taught me a lot when I first started and always made time for others if they needed help.

  • To Johann's colleagues at Kingfisher. Thank you for your kind words and thoughts regarding Johann. I know he would appreciate how much you thought of him. He fought a brave fight against this vicious disease and had hoped to at least see his another grandchild born in March next year and at the very least be able to attend his daughter wedding. Unfortunately the disease got the better of him and he leaves a large void in our family. Thank you for your kind donations to Mountbatten who's carers showed such compassion to him in his last few days. Barbara and family

Johann was a solid man of many great values, his approach to any task was to give it !00% and he would pride himself on a job well done.
I have worked for and with Johann for nearly 20 years and he taught me the importance of doing a job well and never to cut corners.
The fight he has had for the last few years has been a huge struggle not only for Johann but for his family and they should all be very proud.
A Man I will continue to admire who was respected by all.
R.I.P my friend.

My dearest Johann (Kaas kop) I have known you as long as you have been dating my sister Barbara and what a gentleman you have been through out your time with her. You have been an inspiration to us all and to all man kind. There should be more men out there like you, to be an example as to how men should treat women. I can say that God will be very proud to have a man like you in his Kingdom and standing next to him by his right arm. I love and miss you deeply Johann. Love hugs and kisses to you Kaylene
