Our Mu,
It has been a great privilege to have known you. A lady of great humour, kindness and acceptance of all who was great fun and great company with a very direct and forthright point of you, always delivered with a blunt honesty that became your trademark and the reason why you were loved by so many.
Always remembered, may you rest in peace,
Rob

This photo of Mu I will treasure, she made me laugh on this day and many more, Mu's sense of humour was off the scale and this plus many other things I will miss about her. She was an inspiration to a lot of people and will be missed by all. Love ya Mu

Our Mu - the most unique person I have ever met. The kindest, funniest, wisest and most gentle lady I had the pleasure of knowing for many years. You ad everyone smile, cry and laugh with your amazing character and personality. You were very much appreciated, by all you came across at work and touched so many hearts you will never know. Your family were very important to you and must have been so proud to have you at the head of the family.
Fly high, party like you don't care and keep being who you are, lots of love carrie and Bella xxx

Muriel gave so much of her time to others and asked for nothing in return. She was an inspiration to all those who were lucky enough to spend time in her company 💔

Auntie Muriel was the Gran I never had, she was simply an incredible lady and inspirational in many ways. Always the centre of our family gatherings where another one was never too many, she welcomed us all with an open mind not many have. One of my favourite memories was when my mum was "brushing" my hair and she grabbed the brush off her and said "You'll pull the poor girls head off" as my mum was quite brutal : )
She was loved by all and someone I never had to earn love from. I will miss her greatly. She will forever be with me in the colours of autumn, the smell of Channel, and my lovely Christmas nativity set she knitted (for everyone in the end). Love you always Auntie Muriel 💕💕

So so very sad, and still can't believe you're no longer with us. Mu was an amazing, strong, independent, beautiful soul. She shared so many of my values and believed in fairness. She cared for everyone, and was always there for support and advice. I will often think of her sat beside me knitting on the days when I worked on reception. We shared knitting patterns and tips. Mu always had time for absolutely everyone, there's not a person who didn't know her, let alone love her. Sincere condolences to her family. We will all miss her so very much, love from Lou (part of the CHART Family).

I have some great memories with Muriel. She’s someone I could listen to for hours with her stories and knowledge of life. We shared many cups of tea, cakes, and biscuits. Last year me and my husband helped her decorate her house for Christmas, she really enjoyed it and wanted to knit another Christmas bauble for our tree because we had changed the colour scheme which I will absolutely treasure. I first met Muriel when I started working for Lifeline 11 years ago, she spent every Tuesday volunteering with us. She was everyone’s work grandma and very loved by us all. What she contributed was phenomenal. I will certainly miss all the phone calls, the laughs, putting the world to rights, and the love she gave out. RIP Muriel, I love you and I will miss you. You will always be in my thoughts.

I have fond memories of Murial. ..A most caring lady. I smile when I think of when I used to ask her if she was okay, she simply replied 'i think so' smiling holding my hand and giving me a kiss. I wish I could of got to see her before this sad day. RIP....
