Elaine peacefully passed away just short of her 102nd birthday. Sadly our dancing Queen has hung up her shoes for the last time.

Elaine was a wonderful mum, mamma, great and great great grandma and her family both here in Nottingham and in Scotland are heartbroken that she has gone, but thankful for the wonderful memories she has left behind.

Elaine loved her dance afternoons and made some wonderful friends. She was a very popular, happy and friendly lady and a legend on the dance floor.

Reunited with Bill and Steven.

Your spirit has clearly been passed down the generations to your lovely family who light up every party. I will always remember Sarah telling me of your passion for a certain cheesy crisp and will now never feel guilty about indulging in a packet of 2!
