In loving memory of Bob Martin who sadly passed away on 4th October 2020

Bob was a loving husband to Audrey, devoted dad to Paul, Sue and Sally and treasured grandpa of Jack, Alice, Tom, Ben and Joseph.
Born in Sheffield, Bob grew up in Nottingham where he and his younger brother Roger attended Nottingham Boys High School.
A mechanical engineer, he worked in Marske and then Ormskirk, before returning to Nottingham to become Chief Services Engineer at Boots.
Bob lived a full life with many past times and interests. With a long association with Grosmont, North Yorkshire he was an honorary member of the Egton Gooseberry Society, was a long time member of Nottingham Society of Engineers and has been involved with Round Table, 41 Club and latterly Probus.
Bob spent more than 35 years as a school governor at Carlton le Willows Academy and became heavily involved in fundraising for the R.N.L.I.
A kind, calm and compassionate ‘gentleman’, he is remembered fondly by all who knew him and will be sadly missed by all.
