In loving memory of Eileen Joyce Hose who sadly passed away on 3rd October 2020.
Mum to Linda (& Dave Pullen) and Wendy (& Jack Moorhouse); Granny to Ricky (& Laura) and Kerry (& Damian)
and Great Granny (GG) to Abi, Jessica and Griff.
Predeceased by her husband Sydney John Hose (16.2.1920 - 29.11.1996)
She will be greatly missed by us all.
We have chosen Radford Care Group as our charity as they were very helpful to us in the early days of Eileen's illness and where she went for day care before she needed to be admitted to the care home. They also run courses on Understanding Dementia and run support groups for carers, both of which Wendy attended. Being a small charity, we feel all the proceeds would be used directly to benefit the local community.
