In loving memory of Philip John Hutton who sadly passed away on 22nd September 2020.

The South East Cancer Help Centre (sechc.org.uk) were a huge support to Phil and Clare throughout Phil's treatments and Coronavirus has stopped them from being able to do most of their fundraising this year. Any donations, big or small, will allow them to keep doing the fantastic work that they do.

Their Registered Charity number is 1011509.

Hello my love. I wanted to let you know how much I miss you and how much I love you. The kids are absolutely amazing, you'd be so proud! Liam's wedding was stunning, so proud of our boy. And Fern, wow she amazes me every day. Her work means she's dealing with lots of complex stuff I have no idea about but I do know how impressed you'd be!

This was taken at camera club. We all took turns taking photos of each other. It was a laugh and Phil was probably the least embarrassed at having to pose for the camera. A fun night!

John Amos donated £50 in memory of Phil

Four years ago, Phil and Clare joined the Bowel Cancer Support Group at the South East Cancer Help Centre in Purley. They came along whenever they could. He was a lovely fun person but was also realistic with his situation and brought an honesty and realism to our Group. With all that was going on, he could still laugh and joke about things as he fought on.

Phil was warmly thought of by the whole Group and will be missed hugely.

Phil was an inspiration to me as well as becoming a friend. I'll miss his smile, and his emails.

My darling husband,

We knew this day would come sooner than we had planned, no words can bring me comfort or ease my breaking heart.
The last nearly 30 years have been such an adventure. We've had some truly terrible times and some absolutely breathtaking amazing times.
Thank you for the memories, the laughter, the photos, the holidays, the holding hands and for never giving up on us.
I'm so blessed to have been loved and adored and to have had a loving happy marriage.
You have been a fantastic Dad. Liam and Fern are two of the most kind, caring and funny people I know. Marlo Philip will grow up knowing his Grandad loved him very much and what a loving funny man you were.

Together whatever the weather,

xxx

Phil, your drop ins will very much be missed.
They invariably led to lively, intelligent and humorous chatty chats which covered all manner of subjects and often ran over your intended time planned!
Your ability and bravery to openly discuss and deal with your health issues was commendable and the love for your family shone through.
We will miss you.
Rest In Peace
