Gill was the little sister of my late father (Hugh Blight), and I know he loved her dearly. Although we live in Canada, my wife Anna, daughter Elizabeth and I were lucky to get to know Gill thanks to several visits over the years both in Canada and England. Many years ago, before Anna and I were married, Gill and Derek stayed with us for a few days in Calgary, when she taught us how to make a proper English cup of tea! We will miss her.

  • My father Derek & Gill loved Canada, Dad mentioned had he been younger he would have loved to have settled there
