Grandad it is my second Christmas without you and it feels like just yesterday you was here with me. Even though it has been over a year it still kills me the thought that I can’t see your face till I die. No words could ever explain how much I miss you. I love you always and forever Niamh❤️

Heaven has gained the best dad grandad and husband. I first came to your house when I was a naughty cheeky 12 year old kid and most parents told their kids not to play with me but you never, you thought my cheekiness was funny and you and maryln welcomed me into your home and have never been able to get rid of me since. You have left hearts broken beyond repair Wayne you were one in a billion. You will be missed by me and our Bobbi. Good night god bless xx

To my amazing father in law Wayne
Thank you for being such an amazing grandad to my 2 babies. Im going to be lost without your support and help with them. Who is going to tell Aaron off for doing daft things, or Harry for being cheeky to me? I loved how much you loved them. I will always remember our Friday nights watching films on the couch when I was younger when marilyn was in work and when you would pick us up from our nights out when we would go out to town. We have amazing memories with you that we will always remember. Im just heart broken you didn't have more time with Ivy 💔 we will make sure she knows all about you and what a caring loving grandad and father in law and dad you was.
I could go on forever about what a man you was! An amazing husband, dad and grandad.
Thankyou, I will love you always. Jen xxx

Wayne, you welcomed me into your family from the moment we first met and I have had the privilege to call you my father in law ever since, you have been one of the biggest influences on my life and I only hope one day I can be half the man, husband, dad & grandad you have been to us all. You had the biggest heart I have ever known and you loved everyone unconditionally and had a way of making us all feeling special in your own way. We have had some amazing times together but my fondest memories of you will always be how you were with my girls.... how from the moment niamh was born you would Sit with her in your arms and sing to her and how you and Amelia would lay on the couch and watch Masha & Bear together and she would call you her bear and snuggle into you. Life will never be the same without you, love always your heart broken son in law Lee XXX.

God saw you getting tired & a cure was not to be. So he put his arms around you & whispered
Come to me.
With tearful eyes we watched you & saw you pass away & although we love you dearly we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating & we knew you had to rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us that he only takes the best.
Sleep well now & no more pain Wayne.
Thank you for all the fantastic family memories that we all made together.
With all my love always
Katie xxxxx

Rest in price grandad. I’m so happy we got to spend as much time as we could with you (and your bacon spaghetti). You influenced me massively throughout my life and you will continue to do so even though now you are gone. I will always think of you when 500 miles comes on knowing you are there next to me singing and dancing just as terrible as I am. Love you always, George xxx
