In loving memory of Peter May who sadly passed away on 7th September 2020

Mr. May taught me French up to 'O' Level in 1972. He advised me to take 'A' level French, and I didn't. I have always regretted that decision more because I felt I let him down than I wanted to learn French. Almost fifty years on, I still think about it occasionally. He was an inspiring teacher that no one wanted to disappoint. I'm sorry
