To my dear friend Paula,
When I think of you, I remember your laugh, and I remember the way you pulled your sleeves over your hands when you were speaking. I remember how you looked sternly over the top of the glasses when I tried to copy your answers in History before sliding your book over so I could see them anyway. You were always a forgiving and incredibly loyal friend. As time went on our lives went in different directions, but you made sure us girls never drifted too far away. I promise not to take my friendships for granted again. I will miss your Christmas cards with the handwriting that never changed and your kind comments on social media. As teenagers, we obsessed over love and you found yours with Bob and then in your wonderful girls. Rest peacefully knowing they are surrounded by love from everyone that knew you. Xxxx

To my dear friend Paula, words cannot describe the loss that we all feel right now. You are one of my oldest and dearest friends. We used to spend so much time together in and out of school, we made so many precious memories and shared all our secrets. I remember you falling in love with Bob and you never looked back. As we got older we became closer again when we fell pregnant at the same time with our second babies and have since supported each other with motherhood, checking in on each other regularly. Words cannot describe how much I will miss you. May you and Bob rest peacefully together and your girls be showered with love from everyone around them xxxxxxxxx
