In loving memory of Mark Stephen Hayes who sadly passed away on 26th August 2020, aged 35 years. He was a much loved son and brother and we will miss him so much. He was kind, caring, thoughtful, funny, gentle and cheeky and has been taken from us far too soon. His last 7 years were not easy for him and he is at peace now.

Magnus Summers donated £20 in memory of Mark

Happy to donate to this great charity that my dear friend Mark supported.

We have so many fond memories of you Mark...from chats between our classroom doors (where you never failed to make me laugh) to you singing silly songs you had made up to our eldest son and so many more. We are so honoured to have shared such times with you and to have known you. You had such a great outlook on life even when really poorly and we admire you so much.

Mark I was so shocked and saddened to hear this awful news. I was hoping you would get better and return to work one day. My thoughts are with your family x

Mark, I have only just heard the awful news. I am so pleased to have known and worked with you at Broomfield Hospital. You are an inspiration in the way you refused to let your illness get you down. You were easy to work with, had a great sense of humour and were very good at your job. You showed a natural skill for the job and you were a great asset to the team. I will miss you and your puns! Rest in peace mate. Peter Vaughan.

Mark, you were an inspiration....a true friend.....We had so many fun times together, from working at summer camp together, having 'tea and chat', surfing in Cornwall and meeting up with you in Leeds for many a beverage. I am truly devastated by your passing and through all the tough times, you still managed to keep smiling. Rest in peace my friend. Lee Sharrock
