Trevor David Bakewell (9 Aug 1955 - 7 Aug 2020)

My dear friend Trev (DJ Trixsta) I had no idea you had passed. We were old drinking pals from way back (1989-1993) and I used to come and see you DJ-ing round Radford. This news has made me very sad. If your sister and boys see this, Trev was always very proud and was always talking about you all. You made me laugh a lot, with your Elvis impressions and we were always changing the words to songs as we sung along. Our favourite was 'Return To Sneinton' the old Elvis song. I hadn't seen you for 10 years or more, but you always wished me Happy Birthday and Christmas AND HAD AN ANNOYING HABIT OF TYPING IN CAPITALS. But I loved you for it. I shall always remember those mad times at the QE pub in town as we sang along to Rockin' Rays disco. Crazy days so far away but fondly remembered. RIP TREV I will miss you.
