In loving memory of Amanda Jane Smith, lovingly known as Mandy, who sadly passed away on the 19th of August 2020, aged 58 years.
Family flowers only may be sent to Lewis Solomon Funeral Service by 10.00am on Friday the 18th of September 2020.
Alternatively, donations for the "ellenor" may be sent by cheque made payable to the charity c/o Lewis Solomon Funeral Service, or on-line via this page.
Mandy was the kindest, caring most loving person. She adored her family and was always there for them. A much loved Mum, Nan, Partner, Sister, Aunt, Great Aunt, Cousin and Niece.
Mandy has left a void in our lives that cannot be filled. Will be forever fondly loved and remembered.
RIP our dearest Mandy.
