In loving memory of Margaret Emery who sadly passed away on 17th August 2020.

In life, we loved you dearly,
In death we love you still.
In our hearts you hold a place,
No one else will ever fill.

A wonderful wife to Keith for sixty three years, mum to David and Simon, mother-in-law to Shirley, sister to Jean, John and Doreen and Nan to Katherine and Rory. Margaret will be greatly missed.

Margaret was always keen to talk to the family, always interested in what was going on, both the exciting and the mundane aspects of life, it didn't matter to Margaret she just loved chatting to her loved ones. Margaret was quite the athlete in her younger days always seemingly better than the boys at all games, the rounders field always moving back when she came in to bat. Margaret had simple pleasures in life tending her garden, loving games of bingo, cards and quizzes. Everyone only had good things to say about Margaret and how she would always go out of her way to help where she could. Mum was kind but when required formidable if she felt she or the family were wronged. Her family will miss her enormously, her sense of humour her laughter and her love for us all, especially her grandchildren. She took on life with unending energy and optimism despite sometimes the most trying of circumstances.

All our love forever xx
