In loving memory of June Elvin who sadly passed away on 19th August 2020 aged 90. June spent the last months of her life at home where she still looked after her garden. Despite dedicated and loving care from many people, June moved into Hayward House Hospice where she passed away gently and peacefully with family around her.
June was married to Tom who passed away 3 years ago. She leaves 3 sons, Steve married to Viv, Geoff married to Agi and Chris married to Jenny. June had 6 Grand Children and 6 Great Grand children.
From her teenage years June was very active in the British Red Cross Society and was instrumental in the establishment of the Arnold Red Cross Centre. She was awarded Life Membership of the Society for her work.
In later years, she continued to care for people at Welton House, a residential home for older people.
June will be sadly missed by her family and many friends.

So sorry to hear of such a sad loss, I was privileged to have been a carer of her late Husband Tom and got to know them both very well. Condolensces to the Elvin family. RIP June.
