Edna was that well known and loved you didnt have know her surname - whenever you heard the name mentioned you knew immediately who was being talked about - one of the bestest shopkeepers in bulwell and a lovely genuine lady with a heart of gold too - Rest In Peace xx

Remembering what a lovely lady she was.Edna and her husband (Ernest I think) were so patient with children when in their shop and when I spoke to her a few years ago in Bulwell whilst shopping she was still the same.Happy memories x
