Shirley Margaret Wells (4 Sep 1934 - 4 Aug 2020)

In loving memory of Shirley Margaret Wells who sadly passed away on 4th August 2020Mum was the true matriarch we all looked up to and wanted mums opinion . Sometimes it was not what we wanted or agreed with but we got it all the same . She always was interested in what we had to say and always wanted to know we were ok . She was kindness personified looking after poorly or vulnerable neighbours a legacy from her time as a caring nurse. She loved the garden just like her fathers love of the outdoors. She also gave me and Laura the greatest gift of the love of horses which played a part in both our lives to a greater or lesser extent . She was great in the support of us when we had our own children despite being very unwell during that time . She became proficient in art and painted a number of beautiful pictures to be treasured forever. There was no end to her interest in life until it all became too much as becomes us all in time . Mum you are the most lovely person to be missed us and many forever x
