With great and insurmountable sadness, we announce the sudden loss of our beloved husband, Dad and Babs who passed away at home on Thursday 16th July 2020 aged 67. Martin was the beloved husband of Julie and a wonderful Dad to his three daughters Louise, Carly and Jody. He was a much loved Babs to his Grandchildren Spencer and Ava and a devoted Uncle to Ben and Sally. Martin will be sadly missed by his brother Dene and his family, and numerous other family members.
Martin has been an active member of the Tenby community and will be greatly missed by many friends, work colleagues in the building trade and members of Tenby Fire Station past and present. A life so beautifully lived deserves to be beautifully remembered.
The funeral service will take place on Friday 7th August 2020, the funeral cortege will leave Picton Road at 12.15pm and will travel along the following route; Picton Road turning left onto South Cliff Gardens then turning left onto South Parade and continuing across towards Tenby Fire Station. The cortege will then turn right onto White Lion Street to the sea front and turning left onto the Norton, continuing along Narberth Road and turning left at the roundabout to Serpentine Road and finally right onto Heywood Lane Rugby Field.
The funeral service will commence at 1.00pm followed by a private service at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth.
There will be family flowers only, with donations, if desired for The Firefighters Charity and the Wales Air Ambulance which may be sent c/o E. C. Thomas & Son, Funeral Directors.
