The family would like to thank staff and local teams from Gosberton Medical Centre, St. Barnabas Hospice at Home, Marie Curie and Bloomsbury Home Care for their kindness and support given at this difficult time.
A private family funeral will take place with family flowers only.
Any donations received will be divided between St.Barnabas and Marie Curie.
