I worked with Brian for a period of time in 2016. He was one of the nicest and funniest chef’s I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He was always willing to have a laugh and a chat after a shift and was a pleasure to be around. I’m sure he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
