Dear Alan we were just 11 years old when we first met in class 1C at Ellergreen. I remember the young lad with a mop of blonde hair and always smart in his school uniform wearing his cap with the school badge. Always placid and polite.
We left school and some years ago we had the good fortune to meet up at our school reunions. We had some good laughs and I feel privileged to have known Alan the man. Honest sincere and full of positivity. A true gentleman.
R.I.P dear friend. You'll be sadly missed by your Ellergreen Oldies
To Alan's family I wish you all strength in your grief. Remember the wonderful memories
Goodnight God Bless Alan dear friend

Alan, I never thought your friendship would lead to so many adventures and unforgettable memories, or travelling in 'classic cars'. You were a great mate , warm hearted , good fun and a tremendous story teller. It was a pleasure to be in your company and a privilege to be your friend . YNWA

In loving memory of my partner Alan, a very special person. We were only given 4 1/2 years together but we created a lifetime of memories for me. We travelled the world together and we were never happier than with our cases packed and ready to go. You will live in my heart forever. Always Sue xxx
