Paul Antony Hazlewood (28 Oct 1980 - 23 May 2020)

In loving memory of Paul Antony Hazlewood who sadly passed away on 23rd May 2020.

Pauls journey began in april 2019 where he was diagnosed with esophageal cancer at the age of 38.
Paul began 8 sessions of chemotherapy and then eventually had a gastrectomy. Paul seemed to recover well from this and a week later he was home.
Sadly after sometime paul struggled with eating with a few more complications which resulted in alot of weightloss. After 2 more surgeries and alot of time spent in hospital with mayjor complications on Wednesday 20th may after a scan paul was sadly told his cancer had spread to his liver and bones and was only looking at a few weeks left. Unfortunately over that night paul took a very bad turn and deteriorated extremely quick. During his last few days paul had his family around him the whole time. Paul was made very comfortable and in a peaceful sleep whilst listening to some of his favourite music.
