In loving memory of the late Nicolas Nicolaides.
Born in Cairo, Egypt on 30th January 1929.
Departed this life on 11th May 2015, aged 86.
Beloved husband of the late Maria, loving father of Athina and father-in-law of Christophe, treasured grandfather of Lucas and Lydia.
Funeral service to be held at The Orthodox Church of the Ascension, Clifton Road, Rugby CV21 3QT at 12 noon on Saturday 30th May followed by interment at Lentons Lane Cemetery, Coventry CV2 1AA at 2.30pm.
Having enjoyed many a Sunday dinner at the Shilton Arms together with our dear dad and granddad, we considered it befitting to have tea and coffee there between 3:30 and 5 p.m. on Saturday 30th May following the interment. Please join us at The Shilton Arms, Church Road, Shilton, Coventry CV7 9HX.

Αγαπημένοι μας συγγενείς και φίλοι,
Με λύπη σας γνωστοποιούμε ότι ο αγαπημένος μας πατέρας, πεθερός και παππούς
Νίκος Νικολαΐδης
έφυγε από τη ζωή ξαφνικά και απρόσμενα, στο σπίτι του, τη Δευτέρα 11 Μαΐου 2015.
Γενημμένος στο Κάιρο Αιγύπτου στις 30 Ιανουαρίου 1929, άφησε την τελευταία του πνοή, σε ηλικία 86 ετών, στο σπίτι του στο Κόβεντρυ Αγγλίας στις 11 Μαΐου 2015. Σύμφωνα με το πρόσφατο ιατροδικαστικό πόρισμα, ο απρόσμενος και όπως φαίνεται ακαριαίος του θάνατος οφείλεται σε έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου.
Η κηδεία του θα γίνει το Σάββατο 30 Μαΐου 2015 και ώρα 12 το μεσημέρι στον Ορθόδοξο Ιερό Ναό της Αναλήψεως στο Rugby Μεγάλης Βρετανίας και η ταφή του στις 2:30 μ.μ. στο κοιμητήριο Lentons Lane στο Coventry.

My dear cousin Nicos, a gentle and compassionate man, who will be lovingly remembered by all who had the good fortune to know him. We shed tears at his loss but also smile at the many good memories we have of him. Our love to you and the family Nana, from your cousins in Australia.

I only met Mr Nicolaides once and found him to be a true gentleman (& Mrs Nicolaides was equally gracious). His loss will be keenly felt by Athina, Christophe, Lydia, Lucas & all who knew him and loved him. My heartfelt condolences to you all.
