Although Eric's cousin, once-removed, we knew her as Auntie Anne. Our first daughter was her namesake, because we so adored and respected her. And we had a lot of fun times together too before we took off on our own adventures. And over a few reconnoiters here and there over the years. We remember her actually stopping in the road in her red and white Chevy to get out and move a caterpillar off the road. Spoke volumes and set a standard for us all. Another standard: toughing out her MS, for a long long time. Anne: we loved your strength, convictions and good humor. Rest in peace, lovey. xoxox
