In loving memory of Lynn Talbot who sadly passed away on 15th May 2020, aged 61 years. Much loved wife of Nick, treasured mum of Leigh, Becky and Ben, mother in law to Amie, Jody and Natalie and wonderful nannie to Declan, Matthew, Cara, Katie, Myles and Joey. Special sister, sister in law, loving auntie and dear friend to many. Lynn will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Lynn worked as a carer for many years before spending the last 20 + years working for the NHS most of which as part of the crisis team.
The family would like to give thanks to all the NHS staff that cared for her and a special thanks to Dr Carole Webb.

Due to the current situation and limited numbers being allowed to attend a private funeral for family only will take place at Bretby Crematorium on Thursday 28th May at 11.15 am. If you wish to pay tribute to this lovely lady then you would be welcome to line both sides of Malvern Street and are asked to be there on Thursday 28th May at 10.45 am. Lynn, my mother in law, nanny to my children and my friend I miss you so much. I have so many lovely memories of you I feel very lucky to have had your love and support and honoured that you welcomed me straight into your family. You always had an ear to listen with no judgement I’ll miss the Saturday afternoon cups of teas putting the world to rights, The beautiful scarfs you would throw round my neck as soon I walked in the door that you had made or chosen for me, So kind and thoughtful. The children are so lucky to have had you and they will miss you always, nothing was ever to much trouble the 10th March will never be the same again without you to share it with. All of our love, Forever in our hearts xxx

Mum, you were the best, always there if needed and always helped out no matter the request, whether it be babysitting, buying emergency summer clothes for Joey or sewing our ripped clothes.

I'll miss our daily outings, nipping to town, B&M, Newlife trips (with a McChicken sandwich meal and banana milkshake from maccies of course), our weekly trips to John Pye, which we were absolute masters at for folding carpets, or just sitting at yours with a cup of tea and some lemon cake.

I'll miss your expertise in decorating and wallpapering, your knowledge for quizzes, especially girls vs boys at Christmas, your Risols, pigs-in-blankets and Sunday dinners, your dab hand to just whip up a fancy dress costume and your memory for almost any past story!

You were the most special mum anyone could ever ask for and I'm so glad you were mine.

Love and miss you so much

Night night my mama bear xxx
