Memories of a Neptune Street childhood are brought to mind as I viewed the photo of Sadie and Pat.
Not sure if the brick wall is the one at 112 Neptune Street, my close. We Macdonald sisters were blessed as wee lassies to have Sadie and Pat in our lives.

First met Sadie almost 30 years ago. Never anything other than friendly, welcoming and interested in what I was doing. Particularly fond memories of her and Pat spending Christmas with us when we lived in Perth. Our deep sadness at her passing is tempered by the knowledge that she is free, finally at peace and alongside Pat and her family. God bless you, Sadie.

Lovely photo! Fond memories of Sadie and Patsy (our big cousins) taking me and my sister Marie to the Plaza cafe in Govan when we used to visit. They were teenagers and they would sit us down with a big American cream soda ice drink while they met with their friends and danced to the juke box. Happy days. R.I.P. Sadie. X

So sad Sadie has passed, although I take comfort that she is now with pat, both of them were always kind to us and our children, will always have fond memories of them both, both together and flying high together. Loved always

So sad to hear about the passing of Sadie, i always remember her having a smile + laughing just like the photo posted , I believe the only time she didn't smile was when she was driving her sister Pat around in the car, she used to say Pat drove her nuts, i will always be grateful to her +Pat for taking my mother Margaret to the bingo every Friday after my dad passed away , fond memories indeed, R,I.P , Sadie.
