I’ve been trying to find the right words to put on here but now I’ve realised there are so many. You were and still are my world and I’m missing you so much everyday you’ll never know. What I would give to just sit and chat with you and make us both a cuppa. My heart is broken in a thousand pieces and I wish you were so I could piece it back together again and feel complete. You were not just my gran but my friend and I’m so thankful and glad I got to call you my gran. When god made grandmas he sure gave me the best one of them all. I always did my very best by you when you was alive and I’ll always continue to do you proud now. I love you so much gran it hurts but I hope granddad is looking after you now. My angel of the north sleep tight. Your princess Rebecca and Gareth xxxxxx

Well i don't know where to start my heart is in pieces it still hasn't sunk in yet that your not here anymore nana you ment the world to me you always lit up the room when anybody walked in you always had a smile on your face even when times were hard you was always so kind and lovely you had such a beautiful happy personality weather it was cup of tea and a biscuit and a sing along or just a lovely catch up you always made all of us feel welcomed into your home and into your life so thank you. Always loved hearing all the old stories of your childhood and growing up up north in newcastle and what life was like back then I will cherish them for ever. If tears could build a stairway and memories build lane I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again. R.I.P Nana my beautiful angel of the north until we meet again love Aaron and Samantha xxxxx
