Eric Martin Bestwick (25 Jul 1935 - 22 Apr 2020)

Dad there are so many happy memories too many to mention, but I've a big thank you to you for putting me on the right path to playing Cricket. I will miss you that's for sure. You're in a better place now I hope you are up there with your beloved wife Helen and mum to Me, Russ and Darren. RIP DAD love you Martyn xxxx

I so wish times could go back to days gone by, the many happy memories going out on the train not really knowing where we were off too. Breakfast in Newark, Dinner in London then ending up at Birmingham having a sandwich. I could name hundreds of occasions. I'll always remember those great times. R.I.P dad & give mum a hug for me. Love you xxx

It's thanks to you & my Nannar that Craig & myself had some what of a happy childhood that we did. The happy & funny memories that I have will be cherished forever. You will be missed more than you know, but now you can be at peace with my Nannar. It's not goodbye, it's see you later until we meet again xx
